Local Pickup Information
We’ve made local pickup easier than ever. Now, you can specify at checkout whether or not you want to pick up at our manufacturing plant in Atlanta, Georgia, should you have the means and the inclination.
We hope this will give anyone the chance to get their favorite products without the shipping costs.
Pickup Date
Because all of our products are made-to-order, please be flexible regarding the date you receive for the estimate of product completion. As that date approaches, please check with orders@gikacoustics.com to see if we are on target. We will call and email you when your order is ready for pick up. Please don’t come before that, because your order will not be completed.
Vehicles
Since our panels are large, it is best to bring a large enough vehicle to transport your order.
Packing/Boxing
Bring a packing blanket or something you can lay down to protect your panels, as we do not box panels that are being picked up. If boxes are requested, we currently charge $10 per box, and contact orders@gikacoustics.com to complete the additional payment and let us know beforehand, as it takes time to box your order.
Loading
The best option is to park at our front entrance, since we have a blocked loading dock. For safety reasons, our staff will bring the panels into the lobby, but the customer is responsible for loading their own panels. To promote public health during COVID-19 times, we require you to wear a mask when you arrive.
